Comfortable bedding made for a decent sleep.

The noise outside was nearly unbearable throughout my stay. Additionally, the stairs to my room were steep and dangerously narrow, making it difficult to carry my luggage. I also noticed a lack of basic amenities, such as a kettle or mini-fridge, which would have been helpful in the hot weather.

The location is super central, close to everything. Our room had a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, safety deposit box, and clean towels. Nice to have free toiletries like shampoo and body soap. Also, the heating worked well and the flooring was nice. Had a great experience with the spa facilities too, very relaxing.

Awesome trip with friends! We explored the lively shopping streets and enjoyed the vibrant entertainment areas nearby. The location is super central, making it easy to get around. Plus, the restaurant downstairs offers great discounts for guests, which is a nice bonus!

Had an annoying experience with the receptionist not being very attentive, which dampened our arrival a bit.

friendly staff

our stay in dam was lovely! the location is fantastic, just a short walk to the railway station. our twin room had a great view of the street and canal, which was a nice touch. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. plus, the vending machine on the first floor was handy for grabbing a quick beer or water.

Great spot for exploring!

The location is awesome, just a short walk to the train station and main attractions. Room was clean, had a safe, and tons of space for clothes, which was nice. Super bummed about the steep stairs, though. Good eats nearby, too! Just wasn't feeling the crowded vibe in the mixed dorms.
